EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Welcome to the World Scientific Congress of Golf VI. This is a meeting organized by The World Scientific Congress of Golf, the only research organization for golf. We are very excited to bring many top researchers in a variety of fields and outstanding professionals in the world of golf to the Phoenix area.
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel and the Stone Creek Golf Course, Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. Monday, March 12th will be the official start of the conference and will include an evening social wine & cheese reception. Speaker sessions will begin each morning at 8:00am and conclude at 4:00pm each day. The poster sessions will be housed with the exhibitors and the posters will be presented at 4:00pm each day. The hotel hosts a free social from 5-7pm daily to compliment these sessions. The same format will follow on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday will consist of sessions in the morning, a golf tournament and workshop/clinics in the afternoon. A final banquet dinner at the Embassy Suites will conclude the conference. We are planning to have 350 participants at the conference each day.
There are three exhibitor packages available. The exhibitor packages described below have been crafted to help fund the conference while giving exhibitors maximum visibility and recognition. It should be kept in mind that we are open to new exhibitor opportunities and we are willing to be flexible in order to maximize the benefit to the Congress and exhibitors alike.
