We are very excited to bring many top researchers in a variety of fields and outstanding professionals in the world of golf to the Phoenix area. The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel and the Stone Creek Golf Course, Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ.

Monday, March 12th  The start of the conference will be speaker sessions beginning at 8:00am and conclude at 4:00pm with poster presentations from 4-5pm. Monday will also include an evening welcome social (7pm)

Tuesday, March 13th Speaker sessions will begin each morning at 8:00am and conclude at 4:00pm each day with poster presentations from 4-5pm.

Wednesday, March 14th will consist of sessions in the morning, a golf tournament (3:30pm, 9 holes $35.oo -US vs. International) at Stone Creek Golf Course (on site) as well as workshops and clinics in the afternoon; followed by a Golf Social (7pm) open to players and non-players Wednesday evening.

Thursday, March 15th Speaker sessions will begin each morning at 8:00am and conclude at 4:00pm each day with poster presentations from 4-5pm.

Friday, March 16th Speaker sessions will begin each morning at 8:00am and conclude at 4:00pm each day with poster presentations from 4-5pm. The final banquet dinner at the Embassy Suites will conclude the conference at 7pm with a surprise dinner speaker and golf tournament awards.

 

*For those who choose to stay at the Embassy Suites hotel there is a free breakfast each morning and a free social from 5-7pm daily.
