The World Scientific Congress of Golf

The WSCG is held every two years and rotates host locations and sponsors.

We are currently reviewing applications to host the 12th WSCG to be held in 2026 or 2027. Please direct inquiries to info@golfscience.org.

  • The 11th World Scientific Congress of Golf (WSCG) was hosted in July 2024 by the Sports Technology Research Group at Loughborough University, UK. WSCG 2024 was an international forum for academics, researchers and industrial leaders to meet with coaches and practitioners to discuss all aspects of golf science.

  • The 10th World Scientific Congress of Golf was hosted by Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD, USA.

  • The World Scientific Congress of Golf 2018 was held in Abbotsford, British Columbia in conjunction with the University of the Fraser Valley. The conference involved 3 great days of keynotes, workshops and presentations. In total there were around 70 presentations given on subjects all across the golf science spectrum.
